What if my JemaMan is running behind schedule?
We do everything we can to honor the time slot you chose, but sometimes there are unexpected delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, car trouble, etc). We also know how busy you are, so if we’re a bit behind schedule and you just can’t wait, we offer pickup and delivery without your presence or let us know, and we’re happy to reschedule your order free of charge.

Do I need to separate my clothes?
Yes, but don’t worry its easy! Just separate your items into white, light color, dark color and you are good to go! Feel free to leave your dirty laundry outside in garbage bags for pickup or use our reusable JemaWashnDry bags. Upon delivery of your 1st order you will receive reusable JemaWashnDry bags that you can use for next time!
We are not responsible for any loose items such as watches, jewelry, money, or lint balls lost in the cleaning process. If clothing is needed to be left outside for pick up, we suggest reusing our custom JemaWashnDry bags or garbage bags.
What should I do if I am constantly not home and don’t have time to wait for a JemaMan?
A great question we get a lot! Our customers have done a few things, if your work is a part of one of our areas we cover schedule your pick up and drop off times when you will be at work and we will be there! If that is not an option, simply separate your items and leave them with your building concierge or right outside your door. We suggest reusing your custom JEMA bags we give out with every order to leave your clothing left for pick up in.
What about my special preferences?
You will be able to indicate your detergent preference and delivery preference during your order. If you have any additional special requests, you may add them into the special notes section or let your JEMA Man know. We know how important your clothing is to you, so we do our best to get it done just the way you like it.
Can you pick up/drop off my dry cleaning & laundry items even if I’m not at home?
Yes, actually a lot of our customers do it that way! Please leave any special instructions about your order beforehand.
Is there a delivery fee?
Nope! Free pick up and delivery.
How will my order be charged?
We charge to the NGN2,800 per 10KG for Dropoff and Pickup.
Are there certain materials you can’t process?
Yes, unfortunately given the delicate nature of leather, we are unable to process leather at this time. This includes faux leather and suede. We are also unable to process rugs, curtains, or any articles containing hazardous materials, severe smoke damage, or blood/human excrement. If there is an item that our cleaning team is unable to process, you will be notified and it will be returned folded, but uncleansed.
What about that pesky stain I can’t seem to remove?
We do our absolute best to remove stains, but some are unfortunately permanent. Once stains have become part of the fabric, continued attempts to remove them will cause dye loss or fabric damage known as chafing or fraying.
